$1 would provide teaching material for 2 families about primary prevention
$5 allows us to purchase educational material for nurses and doctors
$10 could pay for the entire preoperative investigations for 1 patient
$50 would cover the costs of sterilising surgical equipment
$100 would pay for a day's wet lab training for 5 surgeons
$200 would cover the costs of essential drugs needed for 5 patients following surgery
$300 covers the diesel costs for each MOU in a typical mission
$500 would cover annual maintenance costs of medical equipment in each MOU
$1000 would cover the entire post-operative care costs for 10 patients
$5000 would enable AHF to buy 15 heart valves to replace the damaged native valve
$8000 would pay for the entire costs for 2 patients undergoing open-heart surgery
$20,000 would enable AHF to maintain / buy a heart-lung machine
$50,000 would fund the entire content of MOU carrying operating equipment
