How to help

AHF relies on the generosity of individuals to help benefit the thousands of heart patients who require heart treatment in developing countries of Africa. All money raised goes directly towards combating rheumatic heart disease and its root cause; ‘Poverty'

If you as an individual, school, charity or company would like to help African Heart Foundation, there are several ways to do so. Whatever you decide to organize as your fundraising activity, event or challenge please let us know we would love to keep in contact with you and possibly feature you on this website.

Individual Support

Do you have a hobby, sport or activity that you enjoy?
Can you give up your mobile or car for the day?
Could you compete in a road race or marathon?
Would you like to lose weight and keep trim?
Would you like to participate in a life change experience such as trekking or sailing around the world?
Whatever your goals why not get yourself sponsored and raise money for AHF to support heart patients.

We also welcome volunteers to participate in our organisation. Our next African ‘visit' is provisionally planned for Autumn 2009 and details will follow shortly.
